she's a ghost possessing a candy body just enjoying her "life" and having a sweet body she can nibble if she feels like it.
this is her actual ghost body outside of the candy body, the blue "veins" around her body are a result of how she died, that is: a strong magical explosion that she accidently caused while messing with stuff she obviously should not have.
