*This guide is purely for the vegetarian burger-pattie mix only!

==Ingredients==
• Breadcrumbs, 2 or more cups
• Avocado half
• Eggs, 4-6
• Red Beans, 1 Can
• Black Beans, 1 Can
• Corn Spears 2 can
• Vegetable Stock cubes 4 (dissolved in a shot glass or two of boiling water)
• *And Any other interesting Vegetables you might want to add for nutrients and flavour! (I have a habit of draining the fridge of left over veggies that might work well, or to test out flavours)
You will need to use of
• a food processor
• Silicone Spatula
• Large Mixing Bowl
• and a Flat Fry-Pan to cook!
==Recipe Instructions==
— Food Processor up the avocado half, beans, corn spears, stock cubes + Any random veggies you wanna put into that on high until it is a roughly smooth paste.
— Once all combined, place goop into a mixing bowl, crack eggs into that (start with 4, only add more beyond if needed/wanted) and the 2 cups of breadcrumbs and stir through until you have a thick pattie mix.
That is likely to be a bit sticky still, but should hold it rough shape if formed into a tick pattie for frying.
(Add extra egg if too dry, add extra breadcrumbs if too wet!)
— Form into patties with slightly wetted hands and pan fry in a generous amount of cooking oil.
— Load up into a hecking Burger with all the other good stuff and ENjooooy~! ♥
