Things you’ll need:
Premade dough of your choosing
1 large potato
Ranch dressing
Cheddar cheese
High Moisture mozzarella cheese
Green onions
Garlic powder/minced garlic
Paprika
Salt
(Optional) bacon bits
Preheat your oven as per the instructions on your dough, and begun cutting your potatoes. You want incredibly thin disc slices, so a mandolin style cutter works great here. Rinse them well to remove as much starch as possible from the slices, and boil until just barely soft. This step is very important, as you’ll want them softer on your pizza.
Once they’re soft, lay out and season with your paprika and salt. Roll out your pizza dough into it’s desired shape, and apply, like pizza sauce, a thin layer of ranch. Follow with your potato slices, being sure to cover the ranch well. Sprinkle on your cheddar cheese, followed by chunks of mozzarella. Season with garlic, and put in the oven. In the last few minutes before your pizza is done, feel free to add green onions and bacon bits, so they get warm but don’t have enough time to dry out or burn!
Slice up and enjoy!
