A great new recipe from

Recently taken quite a shining to small desert-cups as a cute bulk way to impress at social gatherings ♥ :>
So here's the first of some of the specialty custards
Level of difficulty; 1/5
==Ingredients==
• 2 whole eggs
• 3 tbs corn flour
• 3 cups milk (I Use Lactose free milk because dairy is not my friend; but full cream probably works better!)
• 3 tbs sugar (*to taste)
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• White Chocolate half a block (100g) grated down fine
Lemon Topping
• 1-2 Lemons
• half a cup of cold water
• Lemon Zest
• Half a cup of Sugar
• Corn flour 3-4 Table spoons
• Yellow Food Colouring
=Recipe Instructions==
— Whisk the eggs, corn flour and milk together in a saucepan until smooth.
— Continue whisking on stove-top until custard becomes thick and creamy; do not stop and leave that standing on heat!
— Remove from heat, then whisk in sugar, white chocolate shavings & vanilla. (add sugar slowly and until it's at a good sweetness; can always add more, but can't take out sugar that already gone in after all!)
=Topping & Plating=
— Grate a small amount of the zest from your lemons to decorate (& add into the custard if you like)
— Juice you Lemons into a small saucepan along with a few small drops of yellow food colouring, water and cornflour, heat through until the mix is thick and slowly stir in the sugar til combined.
— Let both the custard and the sauce cool a before decorating you cups!
— I personally use a thick blunt culinary syringe to fill the cups neatly with the custard. Clean that entire of custard before them decorating the cups tops or injecting into the middle the Lemon Syrup. (For the ones that got it in the middle, I sprinkled a tiny amount of zest on the top also for flair ♥)
There are quite a few ways you can decorate these up also! so get creative with how you might want to present your desert, and enjoy! (I personally liked it both somewhat warm-still and also chilled, so serve that however suit you best too!)
