More stuff for  chaoscroc's Victory Vixen Universe. an old school villain from that world called the Showman. Has a low power but broad range physic ability that basically gets everyone around him more in tune with what he expects to happen in a situation. The bank tellers are more likely to hand over the cash, forgetting about the silent alarm button; the guards are more likely to hide in the back room; the minions are stalwart and loyal; and heroes are likely to become clumsy and trip up. The more people he has already going along with his version of events the more influence they have on the next person to get involved. Let him get on a roll and he could rob every bank in the city. Also his cape is attached with magnets, because he knows better than to give a hero a nice convenient collar to grab him by.

In the VVverse this was him in his prime. These days he's served his time(the judges were lenient on him, go figure), and works as a motivational speaker, genuinely trying to encourage folks to be confident and improve their lives.
