Astero smiled as he admired a small star from his gallery. It's glow had faded and flickered, indicating the approach of a dying soul. He plucked it from it's hair-thin string and crunched his teeth through the stars shell. A gush of warm blood flooded his mouth and dripped from his chin. The star had also begun to release droplets, but the flickering continued-- it wouldn't stop until Astero finished consuming the fading star, just as the poor soul would not stop suffering during the process. With a gulp Astero finished eating the star, its glow nowhere to be seen. His wings which were previously folded behind him extended as he took flight to his perch on the moon. It was there that he would await the next shimmering star~

This art is way different than my usual stuff thanks to the dark tone, but I rEALLY need practice drawing boys and darker aesthetics. I think it turned out well!!!
