I know what you mean about westward facing windows. My room looks to the west, and while we get some lovely sunsets here, the view is kind of dull. Nothing but the road, and an empty field that may soon be cut up for housing development. Which I dread.

That aside, I think you captured the mood of the dusk very well. The bare trees make this feel a bit more autumnal than spring-like, but that certainly doesn't hurt the image at all. And, actually, I really like the detail of the screen. It adds a certain something to the image that brings it a little closer to home, in a way. While this scene is vague enough that it could be just about anywhere, the screen gives it a nicely familiar edge.

Oh, I understand, and I really didn't meant it as a criticism, but just a thought. The trees around here have finally started to put out buds, but I really didn't notice them until maybe this week. So it hasn't started to seem very springlike here until recently, either.

Oh I knew what you meant no worries. And the vines on my screen have buds but I haven't noticed many on the larger trees near me. I want spring to be full swing, all this dead looking stuff is really depressing -_-
