For context, Wynril is Glee's older sister. She's responsible for getting them disowned and abandoned, and tried more than once to get them killed when they didn't conveniently disappear from her conscience.

Glee tries really hard to make amends with her, blaming themselves for all the trouble at first, then moving to blaming it all on mistakes and misunderstandings. At a certain point, though, they just have to accept the most they can do is work to remove her power over them.
