Some toying around with hero stuff while chatting with  chaoscroc about his Victory Vixen universe, ended with me coming up with this guy. A hero with powers based on something from my absolute favorite manga[Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer(weird title, amazing manga)], basically he can affect the amount of friction the air around him exerts. This can be used to slow down enemies or speed himself up, though not on some amazing level(he can't actually affect bullets like that, but was a fun visual). Decided on calling him Rho because that's the Greek letter used to represent air friction in physics equations. Oh, and also he's a hero I made up exclusively to be the victim of villain corrupting/TF/MC shenanigans. :3
