FA needs more fresh fruit, and less baked goods! I know baked good are delicious, but nutrients from fruit are important!
This morning before work I made a lovely Strawberry-Lime smoothie, since my store keeps putting strawberries on sale.
~1/2 pound of strawberries
Juice from 3 small limes
6oz yogurt (ideally plain, though a vanilla yogurt will work)
Honey (to sweeten to taste)
And I mixed this all up in a food processor. If you don't have a food processor, then what the hell is wrong with you?? You're doing everything the hard way!
Was perfectly sweet and tangy, and easy to get down if you're like me and feel sick every morning.

From Chris: And keep in mind this would not only make for a great smoothie - but also as an ice pop (as long as you have the mold, just mix and put in the freezer with a stick or put in an ice tray with toothpicks, you get mini ice pops for your cubs/kits/kids :B
