Thrasher used to be a very nice Mallowolf, offering money and food to needy pinatas. In fact, he used to be a member of the PSD, that is, until he met Professor Pester for the first time. Not hesitating, Pester kidnapped him and took him to his lair. Once there, he strapped Thrasher to an operating table and fired a sour corruption laser at him. That is how he became the lumbering, hulking beast he is today.
But surprisingly he's not all that bad. He's really just seeking revenge for the very villain that transformed him and changed his life forever, it's just that he will destroy anybody who ever gets in way, no matter what. He also pretends to be villainous most of the time, otherwise Pester will discover his true motives and sic his Ruffian minions on him. Maybe one day he'll finally be able to revert to his former, caring self, but only time will tell exactly when that day will be... and for the diaper he's naturally agitated by stuff a lot, that's where his diapers come in and he thinks they look cool
