Here is the Mayor of all of Cyberdyne.

Cyberdyne is known as "The First City" because after the Earth was destroyed due to over pollution, the goddess Blueberry (the living version) made an area where people could live in cyberspace and Cyberdyne was where they first settled and has a gateway to the real world only Pussyfoots and the deceased can activate.

Mayor Hedgie is small (not Sourisian shrunk down size small, but not as tall as the others (that some confuse her for a child at times.). She is also a mother of 4 children with the oldest being Crystal.

That eyepatch has a non-Interdimensional Train Birthstone, the Diamond. Her outfit is kinda inspired another short mayor from somewhere.
