A marker pen writing on the sole of the foot would be a little ticklish so holding still wouldn't be an easy task and it looks as though it's taking all the fox's willpower to do so. Still if it did end up being too ticklish and the signature doesn't come out right there's always the other foot. I imagine it won't be the most unusual request a fan has had for Dimitri either.
