This is one of my OC's. Lucario! Yeah, he's just called lucario. I know very original xd.
His whole story is pretty much ripped right out of One punch man, Tay helped him become stronger with competitive pokemon training, Stat boosting items, IVs, all the stuff, but he became so strong any opponent is destroyed in one. Single. Punch. So now hes bored out of his mind all the time. The scar comes from an accident that left him mute, it's fixed now though dont worry
