I was in a skype call with a friend and he invited someone I didn't know before, we had fun talking and messing around, so I added him onto my contacts (like you do)
When his avatar first appeared, I complemented on it as it looked very nice. He liked it but he said it wasn't of his character and was looking for a new avatar, at the time I was itching to draw with the new tablet pen so I offered to do him a very quick picture.
This didn't take too long to do, maybe 10 minutes fully? I wasnt focusing too much on detail so the lineart is rather rushed (most noticeably at the smile)
I haven't drawn otters before so.. it doesnt really look like an otter ._.
