Molten chocolate made to make its mark on marvelous mealtime dessert from the kitchens of mylordslover and thank you too nana for the recipe.

****there is no need to add chocolate chips to melt in the center, the inside of the cake is the gooey chocolate "lava" you see when these are shown elsewhere! :D
RECIPE (courtesy of nana):
Prep: 25 minutes
Cook: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
6 ounces dark chocolate (suggested- dark chocolate morsels)
6 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
Whipped cream, ice cream, or powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS:
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
-Grease four 4oz custard cups or ramekins.
-Use a double boiler to melt the butter and the chocolate, then stir in sugar.
-Lightly beat eggs. Add some chocolate mixture to eggs to temper.
-Stir egg mixture into chocolate mixture CAREFULLY.
-Add flour and combine completely.
-Add batter to custard cups.
-Place on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
***-Centers will appear soft, but should be done***
-Turn cups upside down on serving plates, remove cups after 2 minutes.
-Serve warm with whipped or ice cream :3
-CENTERS COULD BE VERY HOT!
***TO REHEAT:
-Place in microwave on high for 15 seconds. CENTERS WILL BE HOT!!!!
