My first iPad drawing without a stylus! This isn't a replica of any particular Pogo panel. But as long as I was drawing with nothing more than my finger for the first time, I wanted to do something soothing and not too complicated. So, snakes were the way to go. The ring's there because I wanted to cover the point where lines came together. They're hard to join together. The result went better than I expected. The shapes are roughly right enough, even if the proportions aren't right. But many of the basic tricks, including the shading for the hat and the thick-brush trick used to make the grasses, worked just fine. I don't have to start from as close to scratch as I had feared.
