Good traits:
> Intelligent Leader, accepts failure and cares about his "minions" though he doesn't like to show it and punishes them with hard work instead of pain/death
> Very charismatic and does his best to make people trust and love him, even spends a lot of money on charity. While his minions think that he only does it cause it's easier to scam the citizens, he really just does it because it feels right
> Very loyal to both his friends and wife but also to the rule book his father wrote, though he tries to find other, more smarter ways than just "kill without hesitation.

Social: A lot of people think highly of him or are too scared to say anything against him as he has so much influence by just befriending and blackmailing higher people. As he has many friends in different industries and is pretty close with the mayor, his business of bootleg alcohol and weapon smuggle is often gone unnoticed.
Doug himself isn't a big fan of a lot of these people he has to call "friends" as these are all old partners of his father, who had a nag to make terrible friends. But it's business so he won't complain.

Mental Health: As you probably already puzzled together, his childhood wasn't really the best and he still has nightmares and some ticks he never got rid of. But to be specific, he suffers from Ptsd that often keeps him up at night and he also abuses Alcohol as a way to not have to think about it.

Physical Health: Very agile and strong though he can't climb due to the lack of claws and has to defend himself with fists. Also can't run for long and passes out a lot if he's too stressed
