Also, I went and sent in some of my poetry to Dorrance Publishing. Bing them and submit some of yours-- I'm sure you'd get published.

I do need to look into that. =/

And I would hope I can get published; my rather outdated romantic style of writing doesn't bode well with most of my collegiate peers and professors. ^^;

Screw them, because they really don't get poetry. If you want, I can show my drama teacher-- who majored in poetry analyzing as well of some sort-- and get some critique just to prove how amazing it is.

Hehe, well, I've already been bashed quite a bit in my own critique circle, and, frankly, I'm not very good at taking it. ^^;

Actually, do you use any online messengers? Personally, I only use MSN now. It'd be great if we could chat about such things or anything, for that matter, there. =3

When a poem is put up for critique, everyone must immediately come to terms that the poem is NOT good in any way, less they won't be able to help the poet! Then, they must proceed to tear the poem down in terms of structure and meaning, starting with a horribly literal translation. =/
