This is my own tribute to the month of June and for pride month. I believe we all have a story that we wish to tell and that many of us hide those stories for fear of ridicule. While I was at work, a co-worker of mine had a tattoo on her hand of a rose. When I asked about this, she told me it was for suicide awareness and that this actually helped one of my other co-workers who was hiding her depression. This sparked the want to create this piece. So I say :

"Hold a flower high for those who have a story you want to tell. Do not fear ridicule, do not fear oppression, do not fear hate, for this world will survive without these things. Stand proud and be who you are!"
