Agreed. There's a vague resemblance in the rough structure, sort of, but that makes them as much "the same" as two different characters drawn by the same artist are "the same". If I saw these two at the same con, my thought would be "Oh, these were made by the same fursuit designer", not "ZOMG CHARACTER THEFT!!!!!!"
