Sometimes its the simple things that make a meal. Instant ramen not so boring if you get creative with it and add items that enhance and delight from the kitchens of finnigan

Probably the best thing ever. People think instant ramen has to just be noodles and that crappy broth.
Its so much better when you add things to it!
This bowl has
1 soft boiled egg 2tsps of chicken broth 1/2 clove of garlic 1 pack of instant noodles. Lots of soya sauce.

( I had a egg explode on me while it was boiling so I threw it in there too)

I wish I had some spinach to throw in!

~ From Chris: Please note that ramen is a very customizable dish. You can certainly poach the eggs in the broth; add mushrooms, nori, bean sprouts, gochujang, etc etc etc etc etc! (Or even leave the eggs out, and use vegetable broth to go vegan straight up)
