Name: Honest Jeff
Type of Animal: Jackrabbit
Gender: Male
Home state: Wyoming
Info: Honest Jeff was originally a former member of Lucky Jack's family tree, before he was cast out after a dark secret of his was discovered by the leader of the family. It was more than a case of sibling rivalry and bad blood between a few members, as it is truly unknown how or why Jeff grew resentful of the life inside Echo Mine, sometime before Alameda Slim took the mines as his hiding place. Perhaps he was tired of being a black sheep, or being told that he was not worthy of being a good leader someday; whatever it might have been. Worse yet, it was soon discovered by the father that Jeff got involved with these criminals in charge of a slave trade organization searching for young mares, cows, colts, ponies, and fillies to be sold into hard labor. Afterward, Jeff dared to challenge the father into taking over the entire mines, but was defeated and cast out, no longer a welcomed member of the family. Lucky Jack soon forgot about his lost brother for some time, until he hears about a certain jackrabbit responsible and in cahoots with a secret crime organization, and is hiding somewhere in Wyoming, exploiting young females to hard labor and modeling, with Grace being one of them. He is considered sneaky, conniving, manipulative, and a liar which Maggie, Grace, and Mrs. Calloway soon find out from somebody in the city. He is called Honest Jeff as a way of preventing his true intentions from being revealed until the last minute he has another victim right where he wants her. He even has the power to talk with human criminals also involved in the organization.
