a side character to a story/universe
His name is Fenzene and he's basically just communications
as a 'person' he's a sassy horse and usually chills out in old abandoned radio towers
as a 'monster' he's a giant beast that's body is filled with radio equipment, from where he can transmit, receive, and intercept communications. He's one of the good guys tho so don't worry. He cant talk in that form but he can speak through radios, so it's almost like telepathy if he's talking to someone through a headset/helmet. His 'wings' have no membranes, and are used to cling to nearby buildings for balance. He's fairly opposed to fighting and usually just sits outa the way and keeps everyone updated on what's going on
