FOR REAL this happens to me more often than I'd like to admit

The slowing time is the adrenaline right as you realize what's coming next. I actually had a problem years ago which caued my nose to bleed even from the slightest bump, having a phone fall down on you just wasn't optimal for a situation like this :-D

I hate it. It's so comfortable to lay face up and text on your phone, but it's harder on your arms and hands because of balancing. But if you lay any other way, you get more problems: sideways the phone might go into landscape mode, and laying on your belly makes your arm muscles sore.
