Personality: A bit on the wild side, being a thrill seeker. But at the same time he enjoys sedate activities, especially knitting and tending to libraries. He carries himself like someone who seeks to enjoy the beauties and passions life can bring, enjoys social activity intensely, and guiding others to be their best. Promoting growth in others so they might become all they can be. Long periods of being alone can start to whittle away at his sanity, as while he can appreciate the need for occasional isolation for meditation, he is in the end a creature of civilization and socialization.

Abilities: Nigh-Invulnerable

True Immortality: Arlo is effectively a guaranteed existence by the fundamental laws of creation. Even if his body is destroyed, his soul shredded to bits, and cast to the farthest reaches of space, he will come back whole and healthy. Only the final end of the universe will grant him the peace of death, for better or worse.

Quantum Energy Manipulation: Arlo can call upon the most fundamental forces of creation and use it as he sees fits. This lets him perform feats that are on par with a Miracle, and is one step away from reality manipulation.

Inner Potential Ignition & Empowerment: Arlo is capable of awakening in someone a talent, ability, or power and then making it greater. Or taking something already there and pushing it beyond where it was.

Rapid Healing

Electronics Manipulation & Empowerment: Arlo has an affinity for electronics, and can himself act as a quantum supercomputer. He can make any electronics, "work the way he wants," and make it better. As an example, he has let friends use him to access the internet or pulled up information from it for them.

Hydrokinesis: As an Atlantean, Arlo possess a mighty affinity for water, independent of any other ability of his. Water will yield to his will before anything less than the will of a god of the seas in their domain, allowing him to make use of it in all its forms. When augmented with his quantum energy, not even the gods of the waters can override his will.

Civilization Manipulation: Arlo's greatest ability, in his opinion. He has a fundamental connection to the Concept of Civilization, and all things that come from it. This includes being able to know everything about a nation whose borders he is in, being able to know every detail of what's going on in a city when he "connects to it's heart", and even raising up new ones of any kind, in any location no matter what.

Profile: An ancient drifter from a long-gone civilization, Arlo has been calling various city-states home since at least Uruk. He keeps a journal, one of his most prized possessions, in which he has meticulously recorded his daily life for millennia. In the modern era he lives a simple life of a librarian at Advent City's renown university library, helping students with history, and knitting for the local charities to give clothes to those in need.

Only rarely will he don his old war-garb and take to the field to protect people anymore, out of a desire to avoid drawing attention to himself lest those he values in his life be endangered. All the same, he will protect them with great fury, as he has long learned the value of friends and family.

Weaknesses: Weaponry and magic originating from divine beings and the faerie folk, and weaponry known to be from the lost empire of Atlantis can do him such harm that his healing cannot repair it at his normal rate. A certain mineral from the same empire can also outright shut down his powers and render him vulnerable. The harming of his friends and others he depends on can cause him to fly into a rage and loose all proper judgement, and taking advantage of other's passions and dreams for one's own ends can make him furious. If anyone manages to collar him, he becomes docile and obedient to whoever did so or anyone else giving orders if no present orders contradict that.
