So I'm gonna give a critique on this

It's good and smooth, however the tongue moves a bit too violently and looks like it has trampoline physics (unnecessary bouncing of the tongue)

i used a video of a real dog swallowing but i will admit the video only looked at the throat but not the whole tongue so i had to guess a touch with it

Mellowing the tongue movements out a bit would honestly make it look smoother

swallowing is not a smooth action its a quick movement

maybe try to look up dog swallowing videos :) the tongue jerks around and undulates as it moves the food to the back then can jerk a bit as it swallows the food

sometimes it doesnt jerk and just undulates

It's the part after the swallow that I'm talking about. The tongue bounds around randomly. Tongues dont bounce. After swallowing they come to rest rather quickly.

they do if the food slides down easily

if the food gets stuck it needs help

we close our mouths when we swallow but if swallowing with mouth open it needs extra movement
