So Tituba, at least in my head, has spent some time studying voodoo and herbalism for expanded knowledge and lore and all that other good stuff. Which funny enough, in my love of TTRPGs, caused me to spin out what she'd class into.

In Ironclaw, she for sure would be a Lion Druid. In D&D she'd also be a druid (Circle of the Twilight), but spec'd Tabaxi. In NPC style, she for sure would be the 'Hag of the Swamp' somewhere, though she'd be more the healer than someone who brokers twisted deals.
