Oh without a doubt and it is more of a asshole move irl in my opinion. In a comic 9/10 times you will get a satisfying conclusion where the one leaving will finally be open to hearing the other out. Irl it seems like the person storms out and usually is just gone from the other’s life period (unless the one confessing fights to explain his side, and even then why would you want someone back that just peaced out when it seemed like you were trying to confess that “hey I don’t think I am as straight as I thought.)
One reason why I tell all my friends to never put words in my mouth and let me speak my peace/side of the story because I might have answered your question if you didn’t interrupt me
I might have some issues relating to scenarios like this that formed me into who I am today

I don't wanna be that guy, but...
Man, you dodged a huge bullet. I mean, an adult woman that has such a childish and violent reaction means no good.
I could be on her side, I respect there is people who are not attracted bi people. It's a tasty and you cannot force your likes onto other peoole.
However, that does not excuse being aggresive or having such behaviour.

Try to understand the perspective of Liz (I'm talking to most of the commenters). While her actions were heavy handed and uncalled for, for most people this reaction is normal. Orientation doesn't really have anything to with it. She feels humiliated and that she wasted a lot of time. Imagine if the person you dated for awhile, told you they have attraction to another person. I'm sure you would feel jilted.
Uko did the right thing by being forthcoming and telling her the truth about himself. But even he can't fully expect Liz to be understanding.
For those who believe orientation is at the center of this issue. For straight women who find out their boyfriend is gay or even bi, some will take it in stride and accept it but usually results in a break up. But for some they feel as though they have been conned and therefore feel stupid, which is a blow to their ego and self-esteem. Imagine if a gay man was dating a guy for while but then came out as bi or even just attracted to a particular woman. I'm sure that gay man would not be amused. So I can understand why Liz would be upset. I don't like the outcome for either Uko or Liz but for now, this is the best scenario.
