Bio: Born and raised in Goldenrod City, Toni was a shy boy from birth. However, as he was growing up, his Psychic abilities did not. When he was about six, he attempted his first Psychic move, but it was an utter failure. To add insult to injury, several of the students laughed at him, making him even less willing to use them again. When he turned thirteen, his Psychic abilities, which should have been fully developed by the age of six, his mother convinced him to try his Psychic abilities again. They were considerably more powerful than before, but his reluctance resulted in another failure. Then an idea struck his parents. They had met with a far branch of their family, and had heard that their youngest son was going to PCA. So, in an attempt to not only encourage Toni, but to help him hone his mental abilities, they sent him on his way.
Battle tactics: Since Toni can’t use Psychic that well; he instead taps into his Dragon side and uses a huge variety of moves from there. Ranging from Flamethrower to Energy Ball, Toni can adapt to any situation on the fly, as well as restore any lost strength during the battle. Starting off with Dragon Dance to boost his strength and speed, Toni is comfortable at any range. At its best, Toni can use Psychic to hold down his opponent for a few seconds, allowing a quick hit during that moment. The only Mon he might have trouble with are Dark-type, but he’s going to deal with it soon. He often uses Psychic to hold stun his opponent to use Recover whenever he’s low on strength, something of an annoyance to his opponents.
