So, while looking up reference of Oliver to make into a Mii Fighter in Smash Ultimate, I realized I'd forgotten to upload the updated design and Persona for Octane!
For the longest time, Ned Kelly never really felt like the 'best' fit for Oliver/Octane as the wheelman outside of 'daredevil' aspect. It wasn't until I was driving home from work one day when the song 'Take the Money & Run' came on that it hit me: I had overlooked one of America's greatest highway robbers; Clyde Barrows of Bonnie & Clyde fame.
Doing the research, I realized it was actually the perfect fit for a getaway driver who had a grudge against a person of power as Clyde himself committed his robberies as revenge against the Texas prison system for the abuse he suffered while incarcerated. Texas you say? You mean where Oliver originally is from?
To top it off, not only does it better play into the 'Gun' element that Octane has, but I can simply say Barrows comes with a 1934 Packard to help transport extra Phantom Thieves (which turns into a hearse when his Ultimate Persona Sisyphus, awakens).
