I want that too!

Doctor said I should walk more.

No panties and closeup here.
Since people been asking, I'll tell you what happened to my leg. I used to be in sports quite a lot since... 10? My main was volleyball, I also adored rollerskating, riding and snowboarding. So I was at another volleyball game and I jumped to block an attacking enemy player. And when we got to the ground, he stepped on my leg, causing my foot to turn 90° to the side. It wasn't really painful because of adrenaline, but it was pretty scary to look at. Thanks to the guys, they brought some ice, called an ambulance and packed my things. I was delivered to a local traumatology station, and, looking at x-ray, a surgeon told me "fuck this, I wish you broke a bone, not joint". He fixed it though.
It was almost 4 months ago. Now I can walk. I can't run, but I'm working on it. Doc says I'll spend the next 4-6 months recovering. Oh, and I've got a broken piece of joint somewhere in my foot, we decided to keep it there, since it doesn't hurt.
Oh, you know what's funny about this whole story? The day before that I bought a season pass to a gym to do some workout before the summer. Life is surprising sometimes :)

Please take care and heal up good and solid...
I can relate to the poor horse's problem but mine is a tad more difficult.. unlike him / you. I'm NOT as young as I would have liked to be when I got a knee injury a few years ago..
Long story short, I have osteoarthritis in my left knee and during seasonal changes, cold, rain and my own being overweight ( gotta loose pounds.. *sighs*).. it hurts if I'm on it too long, so I wear a metal leg brace and will do so until I get my weight down to where it's more bearable.. it'll be good all the way around to loose the weight too..

in a sense... (broke the tendon anchor, yet the bone piece did not move off place) 2 months "in a cast" (imobilizer), plus half a year to actually be able to bear my own weight on that leg.. took me one year more to recover half-strength in that leg... alas, as fate had it, the world went upside down and lockdown happened, so.... heh
..on the good side, it so happened on a point in time I can walk well and move up and down stairs without much worry nor tiring... yet it is still a long way before running and such.

I'm sorry you hurt. For you i wish a speedy recovery. I can certainly relate to being immobilized by an injury.
When I was 17 I crushed my left knee cap, and just recently I tore a large portion of cartilage loose in my right knee I have been taped and braced together ever since. I've seen several surgeons and been in physical therapy for months, and its awful. My active lifestyle has certainly taken a hit but I am making it better. I recommend a bike, low weight leg presses, and anti inflammatory meds. Carefully building my up my leg muscles has made a huge difference in my pain, and ability to walk and move.
Wishing you only the best.

Yeah, I miss my 4 trainings a week. Was such a stud back then...
Well, I can walk. I can even run for a few seconds (though it looks funny and doesn't feel good). The problem is ligaments became much shorter and less elastic, so my foot is like fixed in 90° position. Man I hate stretching -_-
Funny thing, I had almost the same injury 10 years ago. Though it was much better due to the young age and better tonus. Getting older sucks :)

I hope you have a speedy recovery! I am sorry to hear that you are injured. Your art portrays the longing of physical activity and the enviousness of a spry athlete rolling on by as you walk on a cane. Get well soon, you awesome horse :) I send you much love from a fellow horse!
Don't worry. My activities are significantly limited, as well as the joint mobility, but I can do a thing or two already. This is from July.
I mostly recovered. Lost some stretching, but I walk without limping, and that's good enough for me. Didn't do any agile sports since then because of the risk to break the leg again. So I switched completely to rollerskates and snowboard, since their boots are strong enough to protect the joint. Oh, and I finally made it to the gym. And, to be honest, right now my dislocated wrist irritates me more than leg. Yep, I'm a walking disaster.
