& here's the details on his 'eternal soul' bit
Eternal Soul:
• Having forged a contract with the avatar of the Dead Zone, Dillweed has made his soul eternal. This means that, while he can suffer death in his living body, his soul cannot experience a second death or erasure.
• This incidentally also affects him in life with eternal youth, and negates the need for food, water, and air. His living body has pristine health; he easily shakes off illness, and he has commendable natural healing - Unless affected by outside sources, he will remain as he is indefinitely.
• Consequently, his power level is eternally fixed. It can never rise above the level at which it stood upon the forging of the deal. In tandem, it can never be lowered/drained below its fixed state either. This means that, while he is able to perform his transformation, it is only for show and has no effect on his power level.
