I remember this one. Must have been hard to make this one after that nasty business with that person you thought was your friend, whoever they were. But I think that's what makes this artwork all the more special. The raw emotion in her face make the image all the more powerful. The color and lighting is also top notch as usual too. And it also helps that Selene is such a cute character. I also like her cute socks

That's one grody hospital! Perhaps her perception of it? Also since she has fur you wouldn't be able to see cuts or the like unless they were quite large. Wish the artist said more. Maybe it's just a sad cat.
