What made think of this character was when I was thinking back on my Pokemon Sapphire and Emerald games. I always seemed to always catch a female Taillow on my journey so this gave me the idea to make a female Swellow and here it is X3 Hope you guys like her=3

Born in Petalburg City of the Hoenn region, Tia’s life started out good but then turned out for the worse. As a young Taillow she seemed very happy. Her mother worked in Oldale Town as a cashier in the market while her father worked in Petalburg as a construction worked who was very strict. Tia was sometimes afraid of her own father and tried to never get him angry. Her mother had always gotten home before he did and she was always happy to be with her mother. One night when Tia was trying to get some sleep she started hearing noises coming from one of the rooms and when she went to go check out what the noise was she saw her mother lying on the floor in the pain and the one who had seemed to have caused her the pain was her own father.

Watching her mother in pain was something she didn’t want to see but she was also scared as well. Because she was not playing attention her father scratched her own daughter leaving a scratch mark across her left eye and left cheek. This made the mother go into a completely rage attacking her husband for attacking the daughter. Tia couldn’t see what was going on because she had passed out from the scratch to her face.

Years later after that incident Tia and her mother had moved out of Petalburg City and moved to the Kanto region into Lavender Town. The whereabouts of her father are unknown but after the incident they somehow were able to get a divorce. Victoria now works in Celadon City in the Department Store as a store clerk. While her mother worked Tia’s attitude had changed completely after the incident years ago and because of that she started doing some solo training up north of the town increasing her skills.


She joined the PCA at the age of 15 because she wanted her skills to improve and with the approval from her mother she was able to join. She worries about her mother sometimes but she knows not to worry as much because she knows that her mother is a fighter and can take care of herself. Whenever Tia is in a battle she is fierce and like some students she likes to finish her opponent off quickly not giving her opponent a chance to strike. Her attacks are mostly air strike attacks.
