Some rain was needed, so Kepi came around to provide! And of-course with some added flashiness ^^;
VDOPlus's Kepi is a Luxray/Arcanine (Luxraynine/Luxanine) hybrid and Goddess of Storms and Guardians and a really fun and detailed character <3
Drew this up as a traditional sketch a-while back and I'll admit I've been itching to take her to a fully rendered picture because even as a sketch I was loving it! And as hoped working on fleshing out this picture did prove to be just as fun as I had hoped ^^
Not gonna lie... I'm quite fond of the lightning arcing down her armband and arcing across the ankh there.
I especially like how dramatic the lighting turned out between the open desert and the green lands getting much needed rain and even with the light coming off of the lightning!
While it's not something I think I'll need to do all the time, I've found with this picture and Eclipsis' Zyxera a-couple weeks ago (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/36469074/) that doing more dramatic and contrasting lighting like this and using multiple light sources is both fun and interesting and can really help make a picture pop.
