May I suggest representing BLM in your stories? One of Ovami's sisters is a black-scaled dragoness, and if you want to, you can use her as a sort-of scaly representation of BLM.

Just a shame everyone can't just get along and treat each other as equals, regardless of race, but even if that can't be so because some people just are too shitty, making other races suffer, killing children and all else, looting stores, burning things down...that isn't going to help anyone, either...

Very well said, I strongly agree. Descrimanation of ANY KIND is wrong, but the way some go about it can hurt both sides and that's never good.

As someone who's Biracial, ( Half Caucasian, Half African-American ) I've seen bad treatment on both sides. Throw in the fact I'm Native-American Indian, German and Irish and my past life was pretty ugly. But, I'm still here. I've no anomosity tword groups of people, because that's not fair to generalize everyone. I support people protesting, but protesters become the enemy the moment destruction, violence, and chaos become the objective. Because that gets people on both sides killed. I grew up in a bad neighborhood as a kid. I've learned not to waste my breath on the ones who are indoctrinated in their ways. No matter what side someone's on, if their objective is senseless violence then their the real threat.

There is no worse threat then rebellion with a lost in its original cause.
