If you're wondering why Grace is tied up and gagged, it happens soon after the Yeller Gang with their skills have successfully managed to drag Grace out of Chugwater Town while no towns person was looking, except by Buck trying hard to catch up with the train, but ended up getting hit in the face and out of the train before he could help Grace.
