i scribbled this character the other day. she's actually based off of a few people i know in real life.

she is supposed to be an unflattering caricature of these people

she's the type of person to scream at customers when they do something trivial that she perceives as a personal wrong, and she feels justified for it
she talks down to other people in that quintessential backhanded southern way, bless your little heart
she believes in pseudoscience junk theories just because she hates going with the grain, and this is "different" enough for her to feel like a rebel
you'll want to punch her but also you don't think the calories that you would expend would even be worth it
all around a horrible person
