Blue Lightning is a Sponsored Hero, working for High Mark Security in the same city Remy operates in (city name TBD). High Mark Security makes domestic defensive gear for distribution, though their contracts are very strict and often requires exclusivity in use of their products.

Blue works, not only as hired security for the neighbourhoods that have contracted High Mark Security and their subsidiary organizations for their protection, but also serves as a mascot of sorts. She loves photo-ops and never fails to get a selfie or sign an autograph for a fan. She doesn't even charge for this! How thoughtful! High Mark Security guarantees the effectiveness of its products (lawsuits pending, the user is responsible for any crimes they commit using these products, High Mark Security waives liability for misuse of the product).

Her powers are high-speed flight, facilitated by an electrical field around her that ionizes the air, reducing drag and increasing thrust. The combat suit that High Mark Security has granted her allows her to utilize the extra energy from this field and store it for later use, though she is still untrained in its execution.
