This one was done really quickly, like almost less than an hour, mainly because it's based off an already existing design. In the game you will get this Pokemon straight away, because you can't get an Eevee. Pampeon is Normal/Psychic type.

Pampeon - The Pampering Pokemon:
After a wild Eevee set foot upon this region, strange things started happening to its genetic code, eventually changing it into Pampeon, it is rumored whatever caused this to happen might also explain what happened to all the other Pokemon in this region.
Pampeon's tail can fire a blast of psychic energy, upon hitting its target, their enemy will seem to grow a white mass around their crotch, resembling a diaper. upon further inspection, it seems to have similar properties to webbing of some sort. It can also use its Psychic powers to make others fall asleep.

Ooh! So PAMPEON would be like a storyline Pokémon? I like that! Points to Rogey for coming up with such a concept! :)
I can now see the game beginning with a trainer arriving in the region, feeling very confused, and then being found by a PAMPEON who, through its Psychic abilities, detects the trainer is in need of some support. It then walks alongside the trainer until they reach the first town.
Perhaps, as each game seems to have a professor, the one the player would meet would be 'Professor Pulp'? It stays with the concept of the professors being named after trees while also the content that helps a diaper be so absorbent. :)

ANYWAY, I have an actual (unofficial) compendium of this region's Dex in my PC archives, I have yet to finish it though. I was thinking the region's name to be "Kahdel" (parody of coddle/cuddle) because why not. It's 150 count, including new 'Mons and forms of past existing 'Mons, including the ones found on this user's gallery. I just need to work out Dex entries...
