Deep in the heart of the Smouldering Woods, a black as char egg sits silent and alone in a nest of charcoal and embers.

Fast forward to the Harvest Moon and cracks begin to form on the surface of the blackened egg. It twitches as the cracks get bigger and in a burst of blue flames, a small black figure falls out with time blackened wing like appendages that flutter in the cool breeze

Fast forward several years and the young black amphibian gazes at herself in the surface of a small spring. Her smooth black skin has been accented with fiery red and tiny marbles of fiery light has started to form at the tips of her curved horns and tail. Around her neck is a thin flurry of blue fur that has recently started to grow that emits a warm heat.

The young salamander is now a young adult. Her marbles of light are now fully formed orbs of energy. Her blue fur has filled into a thick mane. As she matured into an adult, her mane begins to become very sensitive to the touch, almost like an erogenous zone. It turns her on so to speak and then it embarrasses her because she let her guard down then she gets angry and punches the person who touched her fur.

She has a short temper and is easily riled but really, she is extremely loyal to her friends. Even though she doesn't have any family, she sees her friends as the family she never had.

Ebony has a dislike for water being a fire based creature and will punch anyone who sparks up her flammable horns. Her short temper seems to make some of her friends amused and will tease her just to see her temper.
