Personality: A rather timid boy, Lenny's been through a lot. He can be jumpy at times, particularly when unprepared, and prefers to keep to himself most of the time. A warm hearted person, he knows that his fears can get in the way of him helping his friends, and uses that knowledge to overcome those fears when he needs to. A lazy dog who'd rather nap all day and stay up all night. He enjoys quieter hobbies, staying in with a nice book in a warm blanket. Fairly depressed, but he tries to hide it so as to not feel like a burden to his friends.
History: Born to two witches from Sinnoh, he found his life turned upside down as a child when he decided to stand up to the corrupt Helge clan over their exploitation of Canalve City's fear of Darkrai for their own gain. As punishment, he and his mothers were sent to New Moon Island to be put under Darkrai's spell, and trapped in a nightmare for the rest of their lives. Using the last of their magic, his mothers sent him away to continue his life without them, knowing that one day he'd be brave enough to return and rescue them, and set things right.
He was sent to Alola with their magic, where he met Joseph at the age of 14. With nowhere else to go, he clung to Joseph like a stray puppy, who took care of him and made him strong over their years together. He was just an ordinary Rockruff at the time, but after a particularly dire battle, he tapped into his mothers' shadowmancy in order to force himself to evolve prematurely, forever altering his form into a beastly visage, and giving him ghostly powers to defend his friends with.
Today, he's a small ball of anxiety who dreads the day he'll have to return to save his mothers, on top of still getting used to his new form. He feels detached from Joseph's cause, and only really stays around because he's got nowhere else to go, and he wants to protect his friend, Picaro.
