What might be the story, behind it:
At an asylum that she was committed to, Pastelle, a red mage, was given permisson to change into a different straitjacket. In which, she chose to wear & be restrained in a straithoodie leotard, instead of her last latex contained outfit. In addition to a collar, that has an attatchment in the back, that limits her magical power.
However, with Pastelle feeling lonely, (as one of the guards noticed) he talked to Terra, and suggested the idea, of a dating service, at Twilight Asylum; Terra herself, accepted the suggestion, and agreed to it; especially considering, that it doesn't hurt for patients to find romance.
After dinner, the asylum's dating service began, as one of the male patients was paired up to meet with Pastelle, and for him, it was love at first sight; the same went for Pastelle, when she first saw him. They began to talk, get to know eachother, and soon cuddle in the padded cell, as they then fell asleep.
Little do they know, that they were soulmates...
