Here come bird agains.
It is Princess Primary（プリンセス・プライマリー） which I had drawn her before here:

It seems this time I drew her better, at least there is a better background.
But I'm still not good at linework and color.
Next work should be a original mare, the draft is already done.

as for the suggestion in the linewor, you work with a mouse or tablet?
if it's with the mouse i suggest using the pen tool in photoshop.
if it's with the tablet, i suggest, in SAI paint tool, putting the stabilizer to S-3 so the lines will work slowly and less "shivery" c:
