Decided to start the day off with a sketch to kinda practice speed and proportions, tool about 4 hours though so I am not sure about that SPEED part...

Claricea Sage is another one of my Ice trainers [and happens to be Hazel's best friend!]

She resides in the Sinnoh region and specializes in Ice type Pokemon [Obviously!]
She's 22, 5'2 and her hair goes down to her ankles when not up.

Though she resides in the Sinnoh region, she grew up on Hoenn with Hazel, and her passion for Pokemon would bloom after her 16th birthday, receiving a Spheal from her neighbor who found it when they visited a relative. The Spheal came in a curious looking ball, dark blue and white with one light blue Sapphire just above it's button. She'd start bringing her Spheal, whom she affectionately called 'Bear', to the contest hall in Fallarbor town [Where she grew up] and quickly fell in love with them. After a few years she'd find herself moving to Celestic town.

She works hard to learn not only about contests, but Celestic's history as she raises her pokemon.
