Another beautiful YCH Commission made for me by 
SajoPhoe It looks like Einar and Dainah are enjoying a nice moment in bed, and it seems their not alone. In-between them, their son Kalen is sleeping quite peacefully.
Einar and Dainah were now proud parents to a son. They named their boy Kalen and he looked just like his parents. Kalen had his fathers brown fur colors and his mothers gray fur colors, as well as their eyes, but mostly had his fathers facial features.
When he was born, Kalen was rather big, no more than 10 inches in height and weighed no more than 7 pounds. Einar and Dainah took very good care of their son. They played with him, sang and read to him, even took him on walks through the kingdom. When they had put him down for his naps, Dainah would always put Kalen in the downstairs spare room so it was easier to check on him, but always put Kalen to bed in their room during the night.
Dainah had Kalen sleep in their room for the first few weeks, then had Kalen sleep in his own room. When Kalen was two years old, Einar decided his son was old enough for a big boy bed. He made a regular bed out of hardwood, but made sure with was low enough so Kalen could get in and out of it easily.
On the first night since Kalen got his new bed, there was a severe lightning storm. Rain came pouring down, the wind blew hard and thunder and lightning roared. Einar woke in the middle of the night after he felt his sheets being pulled and heard a thunk at the end of the bed. He saw Dainah was sound asleep and got up to check out the noise.
Einar saw Kalen was on the floor and upset. Einar asked his baby boy what was wrong as he picked him up, then came a flash of lightning and Kalen pressed his face against his fathers chest. Einar realized his son was scared because of the storm and wanted to be with his parents.
Einar made a gentle smile and placed Kalen on his bed between himself and Dainah and they both went to sleep. Einar awoke the next morning to see the sun was out, then heard his wife. He saw she was happy and awake. They both then looked at Kalen to see he was still fast asleep. Einar and Dainah stayed in bed for the morning, watching their adoring son as he slept.
