By the way, when I was 13 I sucked at drawing, I began practicing and now I'm 15 and apparently, I'm great at it. xD So just keep trying if you really do wanna learn. :p

You could, just keep practicing. But. the main reason I became so good is that I literally gave up schoolwork just to practice drawing, I drew ten things a day most days, just so I could find out if I may be good enough to have a life after school. Nothing else interested me, I was suicidal, felt like my life was over, but because I enjoyed art I felt I had to excel in it, so eventually I did, not entirely, but enough. So yeah, nobody should do what I did, at all. It was a stupid thing for me to do, and I still haven't caught up in school. Anywho, enough talking on here, I'ma add you to MSN, we can chat there if ya want. :3
