Chris Dallas - Callsign: Whisky - is part of the mercenary group known as the Broken Liberators.

A defected soldier, he is one of two infantry in the squad. Although trained in a variety of weapons, his favorite is the Harrison 500 semi-automatic shotgun due to his preference in close-quarters combat. He favors the weapon due to its versatility, since there are various shells and slugs that can be utilized depending on the situation.

He along with the rest of the Broken Liberators are now currently on the guise of the Triskelion Spiral, their goal being similar to Samuel Horus: to shatter the HWDP.

One of two twins brothers - his other brother being Scott, he is known to be snarkier between the two, often giving sarcastic quips and insults. Even with being a jackass, all of it ultimately is in good fun and he often ends up giving a playful shove. He often gets into an insult match with his brother, the two often messing around even during missions. But when seriousness is a necessity, the cold demeanor of a soldier will quickly take over.
