Oh my god, ANOTHER TF commission! I'll be honest, out of all the commissions I got, I had a ton of fun writing this one because of how rare this particular TF is. I really hope we get more Balloon TFs in the future, and I'm glad to have contributed to adding another.

Yeah I’ll tell ya, trying to figure out the process for the TF was hard, but thankfully I remembered this piece from 
EccentricChimera and the rest followed from there.

And yes, the neck bit was my own little addition. Mostly cause you don’t really get a lot with it in terms of balloon TF’s. It IS part of their body after all. ;)
